studies at the university level are invited to apply to the Graduate
Fellowship at the NanoScience Technology Center (NSTC) at the University
of Central Florida. Outstanding applicants will receive financial support
through NSTC fellowships. The NanoScience Technology Center is a
multidisciplinary research center that strives to understand the
principles underlying organizational principles of matter at the atomic
scale and to apply this knowledge towards the development of nanoscience
technology. The NSTC is an integral part of the rapidly growing University
of Central Florida, located at the heart of the Florida High Tech corridor.
NSTC RESEARCH FOCAL AREAS include but are not limited to: Nanomaterials
engineering and manufacturing, Biotechnology and nanomedicine,
Nanoparticle science and technology, Photonic materials for nanobioimaging
and sensing, Nanoscale electronics, solar cells, fuel cells and hydrogen
storage, Quantum phenomena in photonics and electronics, Multiscale
simulations and quantum theory etc.
