请教一下CCDC的data deposit？

发的Email要求sent as a plain text ASCII ，是否就是把CIF的内容以文字形式拷贝在邮件中发过去，还是以附件形式发出呢？

把cif文件作为附件

信的模板可以这样，
Dear Editorial Stuff:
        We deposite xxx pre-publication X-ray studies of metal-organic compounds as in attachment, all in CIF format, thanks for you editorial works.
1.如果你的晶体是organic compounds，那么就把信里面的 metal-organic compounds换成organic compounds就行了
2.xxxx换成你的晶体的数量，一个就是a，两个就是two...

用enCIFer要检查一下你的晶体结构数据是否合理。然后再寄出去。
