Cationic oxorhenium chiral salen complexes for asymmetric hydrosilylation and kinetic resolution of alcohols
Guodong Du, Phillip E. Fanwick, Mahdi M. Abu-OmarGraphical abstract
A series of cationic oxorhenium (V) chiral salen complexes, including a rare trinuclear rhenium species, have been prepared and fully characterized. These compounds are found to be effective for catalytic hydrosilylation of ketones and silane alcoholysis. The reaction mechanism is discussed in light of an isolated intermediate and a crossover experiment. Welcome new QM from Purdue Univ. welcome new QM welcome 祝贺兄弟
