可否考虑增加一个子专栏介绍相关的学术报告(seminar)（ppt）

特别是一些专题研究进展等。可以放在休闲区或共享区。:lol

对了，是自己的ppt，还是别人的，如果是别人的，是否涉及版权？

当然是自己觉得好的值得推荐的.不过ppt一般不特别说明是不存在版权问题的.(除非从作者的电脑里别人偷出来).
另外,如果看版的话, 建议给个格式.如题目,作者,单位,摘要(或简要介绍报告,可以有少量的图),报告地点和时间(可选).包括下载地址等信息.

I am stupid and like someone to clarify "学术报告(seminar)". The group meeting like Evan's group ppt? or Departmental seminar? If the latter, it is hard to get ppt from the speakers!?

It is very difficult to have the latest presentation file from a speaker, because the idea in the presentation may be very new and have not be published. However, we may have some of them are not very new, such as two years old, both from meeting and their webpages. Or we may have a lecture from workshop (workshop course) with ppt type.

That is why the three items are * labeled. For other items, if the sharer can provide it, it is better. If not, it is also ok. understand?

I found not many people post their semeter ppt on web. What's about group meeting ppt. There are several good groups, who post their ppt on web. Sometimes, I browse these ppt to gain some backgrounds, original and latest references - a fast starting way to learn sometime new.

Not only other groups, we can post our literature review ppt for group meeting there. Just deleting your name and school.
