[ 本帖最后由 choscar 于 2006-7-26 02:13 编辑 ] Good job! thanks for sharing. Choscar, thanks a lot for your original contributation!:D I am happy to SHARE things :D:D, if I GUESS useful to the others. :victory::victory: So do some of good friends. The others can decide pick up or not, as I were not you.
Frankly speaking, I have my own limitations, time, strength, resources.:L:L Therefore, I DO HOPE and BELIEVE that SHARING with ONE ANOTHER DOES benefit to you and me too! All win. :victory::victory: Why not?
Indeed, we fear to share with the others, as we think and experienced that the others just get the things and leave. A real sharing is not a loss, but a mutual gain (1 + 1 > 2)! Cooperativity is a power. :@:@
But, I can't always give without anything. I am also exhuating too somehow. :(:( In fact. the realistic (and maybe crude) cases makes me start to think not to share. I am feeling I am a big fool. :'(:'(
I HOPE all chem8 members share willingly good things here. I can share ALL precious things here if we willingly share here. Resources I got are free, but I invested too many time to find and to request people in public and private.
->However, that makes me cannot concentrate on my work. :Q:Q
It is about time to say: When this forum has just formed, I have already had a mind to leave very soon. I will be graduating next month and do a post-doc afterward. What I can do here for M=C's new-born forum is to share many new and precious stuff here, even in a busy time. Now, there are more and more people here. Many good sharings and discussion! I will not and need not be a core-member here soon. You all will be VIP.:hug:
I have to work hard for myself and absorb knowledege from what we share. Hopefully, I can understand more and work better research. Anyway, I will come occasionally to read, to share, to discuss and to help. :o:o
Hope that Chem8 will be a professional and excellent chem. forum!! :D:D

Choscar, thanks a lot for your original contributation!:D
Hi! Choscar. It's so sad to hear this. :( :'( :'( I still hope you may spend little time visiting chem8 to discuss, to guanshui, to share your knowledge. You are invaluable for chem8. Please don't say goodbye.:Q
However, I am so glad to hear you are graduating. That's absolutely great! I believe you will have a bright future.:)

Anytime, your personal life and research is #1. :D To be a very average chem8er is totally fine for everyone here. Don't put too strong pressure on yourself. Enjoy yourself here! Have lots of fan here! Don't push yourself too much! You are great! no matter in chem8 or in real life.
需要密码? password:www.chem8.org Good job. Thank you for your sharing. thank for sharing
