The Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at University of
Miami has one open PhD-student/Research Assistant position in the field of
materials science and engineering addressing the goal of developing polymer
based electrochemical devices (fuel cells, solar cells, and sensors). The
candidate should have received or is expecting to receive his/her master’s
degree in Materials Science and Engineering and/or Chemical Engineering and/
or Mechanical Engineering. This research assistantship will cover tuition
and stipend in a period of 3 years starting in the May of 2008.
