Newly released ISI citation data shows that Chemical Communications has its highest impact factor to date!
The Impact Factor now stands at 5.14, the highest ever value for the Journal. This represents a 29% growth over the last 3 years.

This impressive new Impact Factor reinforces Chemical Communications position as one of the best journals for publishing urgent new work of the highest quality. In combination with the fast times to publication, which are significantly faster than others in the field, Chemical Communications continues to be a leading weekly journal for the publication of communications on important developments in the chemical sciences.
The Impact Factor is a measure of the number of times an "average article" in a journal has been cited in a particular year. The impact factor for 2007 is calculated from the total number of citations given in 2007 to articles published in 2005 and 2006, divided by the number of articles published in 2005 and 2006.
