Responsibilities
• Develop a novel, high-throughput strategy for the identification of protein capture agents.
• Development of high-throughput screening and peptide sequencing methods, software development for sequencing, and protein expression and purification.
Requirements
• Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field. Postdoctoral or additional experience would be advantageous.
• Applicant should have experience in some or all of the following areas: protein expression and synthesis; mass spectrometry-based protein and peptide sequencing; software design for peptide sequencing; peptide chemistry; combinatorial libraries.
• The ability to contribute to a large, highly collaborative project is necessary.
