A postdoctoral researcher is sought to develop Raman and IR microscopy methods to study protein contamination at metal surfaces at the National Centre for Sensor Research. To be considered applicants must have significant experience in IR and/or Raman microscopy. Ideally, the candidate will have a good working knowledge of multivariate statistical methods such as PCA and previous experience of working with biomaterials.
The position is available immediately initially for one year with a further 1 to 2 years extension possible. Salary scale is �37,866 to �49,174 depending on experience. Please forward a CV with details of at least two referees to: ciaran.mckenna@dcu.ie
