The person will work on the development of new methods to identify
binding modes and evaluate binding strength of docked ligands based on
molecular interaction fields (MIF). The project is in collaboration with
Ismael Zamora (Lead Molecular Design & IMIM Universitat Pompeu Fabra,
Barcelona, Spain). In addition to the method developments, the post-doc
will be part of drug design projects to test and evaluate the new methods
and in the computer-aided design of novel molecules.
We are looking for a candidate with a Ph.D. in computational chemistry/
