Analytical chemistry: electrochemistry, sensor arrays, and artificial neural
networks (ANNs) for processing complex electrochemical responses as well as
developing methods for preparing individually addressable, chemically-diverse,
ultramicroelectrochemical arrays. The ultimate goal of the work in these two
areas is to construct intelligent sensors and smart materials. Methods:
