[Synthetic Method] Pd催化模板合成Rotaxanes

一直觉得Rotaxane这种东东很有意思,能玩这种分子的水平一定很高,关键是还要有一个爱玩的心情。
这类分子的合称一般需要金属诱导配位或者采用适当模板使分子呈一定形态。这篇工作的亮点在于,Pd金属不仅仅所谓约束分子构想的中心,还是催化共价键形成的位点,一钯双用!最好的情况下产率到达90%。

其实反映的过程看是去就像两根小棒子黏在一个戒指上。
