哈哈菜名这个东西……真的很麻烦要反映菜的内容还要有本土文化的韵味……
觉得可以直译或者意译菜名,在其下备注菜的原料就可以了
这个很使用,有时候要给人解释中国菜名,真的不懂哈哈……收藏之 谢谢楼主

P.S. 这种表面工作,觉得还是很会做,倒是真的抓抓素质,比如首都的哥……虽然要求学英语,但是对于上了年纪的大叔们估计是……再加上用中文说的地方都不一定知道呢,加上用英文,估计就更不用说了。很多老外倒是学乖了,估计是做车被黑怕了,自己拿着地图,指着路叫司机走~唉……曾经满怀信心去了,但是有些失望~当然不是所有的司机师傅都这样……

直译的菜名老外在外国就知道了
这种表面注菜原料的译菜名, 估计中国人都不一定知道是什么菜! 老外,估计就更不用说了。
